My Name is Brittany Pawluk

This is my 4th year teaching at Miramonte. Prior to teaching, I spent 4 years as the Children’s Ministry Director at the Sunnyvale SDA Church.

I graduated with my degree in Elementary Education from Walla Walla College in 2006, and have been working with children most of my life.

I also have two children of my own. My son will be in 6th grade this year, and my daughter will be in 4th grade.

My Classroom Philosophy

I believe that God created your child to be a unique, one-of-a-kind masterpiece. I want to help your child grow the gifts and talents they have been given, so they can feel proud of who they are and what they can do. I believe that all children want to do their best, and will rise to meet high expectations when given opportunities and loving support to do so. I will approach your child’s education with gentle but firm boundaries so they can grow into the best version of themselves.

Why I Choose to Work in Christian Education

I am a product of Adventist Education. From Elementary school straight through College, I have personally experienced the loving care and high standards of Christian educators. When I enrolled my children at Miramonte in 2018 I was impressed with the teachers and staff, and have watched my children grow and flourish under their loving care. When the opportunity arose for me to join Miramonte’s teaching staff, I eagerly applied to join the team. We are dedicated to helping your child grow not only their academics and social skills but most importantly their spiritual walk with God.
