“I am a strong believer in the value of Christian education. In addition to teaching subjects such as math and science, I also get to teach Biblical truth and Christian-based morals. During the school year, students spend more time with their teachers than they spend with their parents. Teachers play a significant role in how children see the world and act as guides as they grow and learn. Parents entrust us with their most precious possessions, their children. I pledge that every child who attends Miramonte will feel welcomed, cared for, have a laugh or two and receive a quality education. As a parent myself, I believe it is important that children be taught by teachers who seek to reflect Christ to their students in both words and deeds each day. I am proud to be a Seventh-day Adventist educator. It is my honor to teach and nurture the children in my care each and every day. “
